补偿电缆的作用是来延伸多点热电极及移动热电偶的冷端,与显示仪表联接构成多点测温系统。补偿电缆采用绝缘层和护层选用进口优质氟塑料,并采用整体连续挤出新工艺,使该产品具有优良的耐酸,碱、耐磨和不燃延之性能,可浸入油水中长期使用。补偿电缆使用温度在-60—260℃,属于当代国际先进水平。热电偶补偿电缆适用于电力、冶金、石油、化工、轻纺等工业以及国防、科研等部门自动化测温仪表的多点连接。
使用温度:耐热级: -65 ℃ ~+200 ℃及 -65 ℃ ~+260 ℃两种;
普通级: -40 ℃ ~+70 ℃及 -40 ℃ ~+105 ℃两种;
补偿电缆:有铠装时不小于电缆外径 12 倍,无铠装时不小于电缆外径 6 倍
绝缘电阻(20℃):PVC绝缘不小于25MΩ.Km;FEP或PEA绝缘不小于100MΩ.Km。
阻燃特性:通过A类(按GB12666.5-90试验)

使用条件
1、工作温度:
耐热用:最高200℃和260℃两种。
一般用:最高70℃和105℃两种。
2、最低环境温度:
氟塑料绝缘和护套线缆:固定敷设- 60℃,非固定敷设-20℃。
聚氯乙烯绝缘和护套线缆:固定敷设-40℃,非固定敷设-15℃。
3、允许弯曲半径:
a)有铜带屏蔽的补偿电缆,应不小于电缆外径的16倍;
b)其它结构的补偿电缆,应不小于电缆外径的10倍。[1]
