125℃ Low smoke non halogen flame retardant polytefin insulated wire for Locomotives(“CCC" authentication product)

前言:

我国目前已对机车车辆、地铁、轻轨等城市交通运输投入大量资金进行升级换代或改造.以缓解交通运输和城市路面拥挤的状况,如上海、广州、深圳等地区建造地铁,以及对北京、天津地铁的更新改造等工程都需要大量的电线电缆与之配套,但目前我国尚没有与其相匹配的电线电缆,为此我公司针对机车车辆、地铁车辆等实际情况.以及国际上以该环境下使用的电线电缆特殊要求,我们研制开发出了125℃级辐照交联低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃绝缘机车车辆专用电缆系列产品,该电缆额定电压为3000V及以下。由于该电缆具有耐高低温、外径小、重量轻、低烟无卤阻燃电气性能和机械物理性能优异等显著特点,特别适用于升级换代、出口配套和要求高速重载的机车车辆、地铁、轻轨等设备的动力传输和各种控制系统。又由于该电缆均是采用称之为“洁净”的低烟无卤材料为绝缘的,其主要是在火灾环境下燃烧产生很低的烟雾和微量的毒性气体,从而为现场救援人员及内部受灾人员创造了一个良好的生存和救护环境,同时又由于产生的卤素很少.因此又减少了因火灾给精密仪器设备等造成的“二次灾害”从而减少像土耳其缆车遂道中所发生的悲剧,特别是像机车车辆、地铁等这样密闭性更强的环境,采用该型电缆更为重要。同时由于该电缆是采用以高能电子射线对有机热缩性材料进行辐照而使其由线性高分子转变成三维立体网状交联结构.即以热塑性转化为不溶熔的热固态物质,以使电线电缆的工作温度由原来的70℃达到了125℃,短路抗过载温度由原来的160℃达到了250℃.同时亦改善和提高了物理机械性能,又大大降低了电线电缆的成品外径.辐照交联方式可避免被化学交联破坏低烟无卤特性,对此我们开发研制了该产品。在提高各项性能的同时.也是机车车辆、地铁车辆等密闭性强的场所使用的最佳选择方案,为此我将在以下几个方面重点介绍该产品。

At present, many large cities, Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Tianjin, Shenyang, etc, they all plunge lot of financing into railway traffic, in order to change the status of traffic jam. The entire item needs large numbers of cables for locomotives, but we have no right cables in China. In order to fill the blank, Jinshan Electric Wire & cable Ltd., Tianjin open series locomotives cables which accordance with the domestic and international request. This cable is suit for the subway, railway and railcar locomotives. The cable worked rating is 3000V and below in AC, with good high and cold retardant properties, smaller diameter, lighter weight, extra physical chemistry properties. As the upgrade products, it is suit for the control system and power supply system of the subway, railway, railcar locomotives and high-speed over loading locomotives.

The insulation material of the cable is radiation crosslink polytefin. It is a new flame retardant material protecting environment from destruction or pollution. When the burning happen, the radiation crosslink polytefin with smaller quantity of smoke and toxic gas, these properties can provide a good lifesaving environment, it can reduce the harm to extra equipment and instrument. Because the airtight environment, it is important to use this kind of cable in the railway traffic, so we can avoid the cothurnus like which happened in turkey cable car tube.

Because the radiation polytifen material is cross linkable, the radiation crosslink process makes a change to the material, to make the material structure from line to three-dimensional netlike structure. This process can also improve the high-cold retardant and anti-overloading properties. Especially, the radiation crosslink process doesn’t hurt the low smoke non halogen flame retardant properties.

Summarize all the properties; the low smoke non halogen flame retardant polytifen cable for locomotives is the best choice for the subway, railway and railcar locomotives.

  6.电缆阻燃性能达到GBT18380.1-2001的要求;

     Flame-resistance conforms to GB/T18380.1-2001

  7.优异的柔软性能和耐磨性能;

Outstanding pliability and the cable is wearable.

  8.优异的低烟、无卤特性; 

Outstanding low smoke non halogen properties.

          1)电导率(conductivity)≤10 u s/mm

          2)电缆燃烧时产生烟雾透光率(smoking density: penetration ratio)≥60%;

          3PH(the value of PH)≥4.3

          4)卤含量(halide content)≤5mg/g

  9. 其弯曲半径,电缆外径(D)20mm及以下时应不小于3D.电缆外径(D)20mm及以上时应不小于5D。这样可以使电缆在更狭小的空间

  10. 优异的载流特性:

 由于电缆绝缘层减薄.散热良好,又由于绝缘材料耐热性能显著提高,因此使电缆载流水平和抗过载能力也大大提高。

Because the cable own thinner insulation thickness, and the polyfiten exhale the heat from the cable rapidly, these properties improve ability of electric current carrying capacity and anti-overloading.

二、使用范围:

WDZ-DCYJ-125型电缆适用地铁车辆、机车车辆等相对密闭、人员集中以及对低烟无卤性能要求苛刻的环境下使用.特别适合于地铁车辆、机车车辆内部配电及动力供电系统。

编制说明:Notes

1、辐照交联聚烯烃绝缘机车车辆(地铁)专用电缆连续负载电流是依据IEC-287电缆载流量计算标准进行计算的,并通过修正确定。

The list is accorded with IEC-287 and  the value had corrected.

2、机车车辆(地铁)专用电缆的长期工作温度为125℃

The highest continues worked temperature is no more than 125℃

3、布线方式分为接触与非接触两种,其中非接触指电缆间的相互距离大于二倍的电缆外径;接触指电缆相互靠在一起或相互间距小于二倍的电缆外径。

The form is consist of two fashion, contact and no contact. The contact is the cable against another; if the space between the two cable are more than two times the diameter of the cable, we name it non contact. We look the non contact as single cable was used.  The cable was lay up the bracket on the wall. In the condition of the cable diameter is not more than 0.15 meter,  the space of cable and the wall is not less than 0.3 times of D, we named it contact; it is not less than 0.5 times of D, we named it non contact; the D is the diameter of the cable.

   

4、周围环境温度以40℃作为基准温度。

We adopt 40℃ as the base of environment temperature.
